We offer refunds for the services cancelled by the customer or the service provider. This refund policy informs you about your right to receive a refund for the services purchased on our website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to the refunds.

REFUNDS

  • We offer refunds on the appointment services. Customers may request to cancel and for refund 3 (Three) hours before the schedule time of service to get 100% refund.
  • Also, the customers may request to cancel and for refund after the schedule time for the services not completed to get 80% refund.
  • For any unavoidable reasons the service is cancelled by the service provider the customer is eligible for 100% refund.
  • If any amount deducted as GST and other service taxes will not be refunded.

The amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 working days normally.

HOW TO CANCEL THE SERVCE

If the appointment service booked by you is cancelled either before the scheduled time or after the scheduled time or by the service provider, the customer is eligible for refund under this policy as per the terms and conditions given above. You must:
